	2002	Contracted with Reliance Infocomm for ROW.
	2003	Acquired 51% in Exatt Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Category - A ISP
	2004	Strategic stake in SpiceJet, low cost airline. Co-Produced Musical “Bharati”, running successfully in Europe.
	2005	Acquired 29.4% stake in Regency Convention Centre & Hotels Ltd Exited Global E-Secure.
	2006	Invested in Glodyne Technoserve Limited, IT Services Company. Partly exited IOL Netcom.
	2007	Promoted Argentum Motors Pvt. Ltd. Promoted Argentum Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Promoted IOL Telecom, a Category A ISP Founded Argentum Engineering Design Pvt. Ltd. Exatt technologies Pvt. Ltd. merged with IOL Netcom Applied through Allianz Infratech for Unified Access Service Licence. Partly exited SpiceJet
	2008	Acquired 30% stake in Five Star Hotel property in Juhu through Argentum Venture a group Company. Acquired Six Circles through Claridges Infotech to roll out GSM services. Consulted on Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Exited Allianz Exited SpiceJet
	2009	Completely Exited IOL Netcom. Merged several group entities under single umbrella of Aurum Ventures Entered into a Joint Venture with Kuoni Academy
	2010	Divested majority stake in social media portal tagg.in to Value First.
