Divested majority stake in tagg.in to ValueFirst as strategic partner
Won 20 MW Solar Thermal Capacity allocation under Central Government Scheme in reverse bidding.
Partially exited Argentum Motors Pvt ltd.
Invested in E-Xseed Technologies & Devices Pvt Ltd as a part of Aurum Angel Portfolio
2011 Aurum Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd signed the PPA for 20 MW Solar Thermal Power plant.
Launched a friendly takeover bid for a Bombay Stock Exchange listed company.
Invested in Serial Innovations India Pvt Ltd as a part of Aurum Angel Portfolio.
Procured 200 Acres+ of Land in Village Mitrala, District Porbandar, Gujarat required for Implementation of the 20 MW Solar Thermal Power Plant. The necessary Infrastructure development is underway.
