Allianz Infratech Pvt. Ltd. was a SPV set up for purpose of groups foray in to GSM services in India.
Allianz was successful in getting Unified Access Service License for Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.
In view of the fact that the Group already had multi-state
operations in ISP arena , it was strategically decided not
to roll out only two circles.
We divested Allianz in June 2008
