Shreerang Athalye :

Shreerang has a Bachelors degree in Commerce and a Masters in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance both from Mumbai University. He has over 22 years experience in Industry, Consulting and as a entrepreneur. He has held various key positions in the Industry namely Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Exatt Technologies, Chief Financial Officer of a Food Company listed on BSE and Financial Controller of J T Mobiles Ltd, wherein he was responsible for entire business plan and project funding of Rs 3.57 billion, reporting to the CEO & the Board. He is passionate about “Innovation” as a subject. He is responsible for Telecom and Renewable Energy initiatives of the Company.

Saurabh Sangekar :

Saurabh has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Dharwad University, Karnataka. He has over 21 years experience of which 14 years in handling and managing large projects in the Telecom and IT sector. He has been involved in planning and creation of Telecom Infrastructure for semi government and private organizations which include VSAT's, Videoconferencing, TDMA Radios, Optic fibre Infrastructure etc. He has been responsible for the Argentum Motors investments and implementation of group strategy including the groups foray in Renewable Energy.

U C Lakhwani :

U C Lakhwani has a Masters Degree in Economics from Bhagalpur University, Master Degree in Public Administration from Utkal University and Masters Degree in Law from Utkal University. He has over 39 years of experience. He has held key position in leading organizations namely as a Vice President Legal in Lazard for over a decade and Joint Director of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also the Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries. He is responsible for the Real Estate initiatives of the Company.

Sunita Rai :

Sunita has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and Masters in Accounts & Finance from Annamalai University. She is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She was associated with B. K. Birla Group of Companies for 2 years wherein she assisted in Amalgamation of group companies and listing of their shares on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange and other legal compliances. She is the Company Secretary of Aurum Ventures Private Limited.
